Bridgestone approached us with a distinctive challenge they have been facing in the internal organization. Especially, the HR team were in need of a creative approach towards their employees when it comes to communicating anything. The challenge was, whatever the communication they aspired to pass down to the internal team, it lacked creative visuals that would significantly enhance the impact of their message. Team Optimist went through the existing brand guidelines of Bridgestone and ensured no to deviate from them. With the ingenious collaboration of our design team, we created several creative designs that helped the HR team to reach a wider audience in the office.
